How to Make Cauliflower Rice

A staple dish for low-carb or keto diets.

Prep time: 15 minutes

Yields ~4 to 5 cups

What you’ll need:

  • 1 head of white cauliflower

  • box grater

How to make it:

  1. Wash your cauliflower, trimming off the leaves and cutting off the tough stem. Then cut in half before grating over a box grater (use the larger sized holes).

  2. Heat butter or olive oil over medium heat in a non-stick medium skillet.

  3. Sauté for 5 to 8 minutes then serve hot.
